4. Text Messaging (SMS)

4.1. Program Description: If you provide a mobile phone number to Chrystal Clinic, you may receive text messages from us relating to your care, including appointment reminders, scheduling, and follow-up regarding your treatment plan. Messages are sent only to established patients of the clinic.

4.2. Consent: Text messaging is optional and requires your express consent. You may opt in during online booking, when completing intake forms, through your patient account, or by telling clinic staff. Providing a mobile phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or purchasing any service.

4.3. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive no more than 4 messages per month.

4.4. Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges depend on your mobile service plan.
