The health benefits of reiki
Reiki is a light touch form of energy healing that helps one let go of negative emotions while restoring a peaceful sense of well-being. The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being.

For 18 years Dawn, a Level 4 Reiki Master, has practiced intentionally aligning herself with the Reiki principles. In sessions, as energy flows, clients may rest, center, breathe.
